With all the cancelled competitions and limited activities brought on by the COVID pandemic, at least we have time to practice and get our gear tuned up for the 2021 season.
I’m currently breaking in a new rig including a Hoyt Xceed with Velos limbs and Easton tapered RX7-23 shafts. This is also my first experience with 3-under shooting.



As with any training program, it is important to begin slowly and gradually increase training time and arrow count to avoid sports injuries. Archery is one of those sports where “too much too soon” can result in painful tendon injuries similar to tennis elbow.
